✨One of the first times I remember believing the power of my own energy (and its affect on others) was when I first started really being with horses.⠀ 🌿Horses have evolved to be so sensitive to energy (our force fields) that they are perfect reflect ✨4 WAYS TO PROTECT + NOTICE YOUR ENERGY✨⠀ ⠀ 1. Earthing & Grounding 🌿 place your bare feet or hands on the earth or walk around barefoot outside. This also helps to support your body’s functions and biorhythms, decreases stress, and helps I could feel the horse’s sadness. ⠀ ⠀ 🌿There was a horse I used to visit pretty regularly. I was in my FEEL training and I didn’t have a horse of my own yet. He was old and alone, unable to join the rest of the herd, and his owner though ✨YOU ARE LIVING IN A FORCE FIELD✨⠀ I talk about energy a lot because being with horses has taught me how important our energetic communication is.⠀ ⠀ 🌿We spend a lot of time focusing on man-made EMFs (electromagnetic fields) that aren’t health ⬷ C R O W // animal totem // ◄ The Secret Magic of Creation ► Wherever crows are, there is magic. They are symbols of creation and spiritual strength. They remind us to look for opportunities to create and manifest the magic of life. They are messeng 🌿When you have pets (especially farm animals), it’s easy to fall into the goal-oriented mindset of what you want them to “do” for or with you. Whether it’s tricks, riding, etc. - there’s usually some agenda attached.⠀ ⠀
